Shoe: Blackjack Simulator — Privacy Policy

This policy describes how ArdaBot, Inc. ("we") handles information in Shoe: Blackjack Simulator for iPhone and iPad.

Summary

• No account is required. Play uses practice chips only; there is no real-money gambling.
• We do not sell personal information, show ads, or track you across other companies' apps or websites.
• We collect limited usage analytics and crash/performance diagnostics to improve the app.

Information we collect

Usage analytics (PostHog). Which screens you open, when a table or drill starts and ends, hand outcomes (win/lose/push), table settings (venue, table size, speed), counts such as hands played, whether Shoe Pro is unlocked, and app open/close events. We do not collect your name, email, card-by-card play, or free text.

Identifiers. A random identifier created by the app on install. If you choose to sign in to Game Center, we associate analytics with your Game Center game player ID (a per-game identifier, not your name or email) so progress events from the same player are grouped.

Diagnostics (Sentry, PostHog). Crash reports, errors, app hangs, and performance timings, with device model, OS version, app version, and a random installation identifier.

Approximate location. Our analytics provider receives your IP address with each request and may derive an approximate city/country from it. We do not collect precise location.

Game Center and purchases

Game Center sign-in is optional and handled by Apple; achievement progress is stored on your device and sent to Apple's Game Center. In-app purchases (Shoe Pro) are processed by Apple; we do not receive your payment information.

How we use information

To understand how the app is used, fix crashes and performance problems, and improve features. We do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

PostHog, Inc. (product analytics, US) and Functional Software, Inc. d/b/a Sentry (error and performance monitoring, US) process this data on our behalf. Apple processes Game Center and App Store purchase data under Apple's privacy policy.

Retention

Analytics and diagnostic data are kept only as long as needed for these purposes, under our providers' retention settings.

Your choices

You can play without signing in to Game Center. To request access to or deletion of data associated with your identifier, email support@ardabot.ai.

Children

Shoe is rated 17+ and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We will update the effective date when this policy changes materially.
